Objectives of TAP

  • Campus Recruitment: To place final-year students in reputable organizations through campus recruitment.
  • Industrial Training: To provide industrial training to students during their course of study.
  • Career Development Programs: To organize lectures, seminars, group discussions, mock interviews, and other programs focused on career guidance, entrepreneurship, and personality development.
  • Opportunities for Self-Employment: To provide information and assistance related to self-employment opportunities, as well as job opportunities in India and abroad.
  • Higher Studies: To assist students in exploring opportunities for higher studies in India and abroad.
  • Competitive Exam Preparation: To prepare students for competitive examinations like GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, GATE, CAT, and others.

Responsibilities of TAP

  • Training Program Management: To facilitate, coordinate, and administer various training programs.
  • Skill Development Calendar: To prepare and manage an annual calendar for training and skill upgradation activities.
  • Placement Enhancement: To enhance placement opportunities by organizing FDPs, seminars, workshops, and internships.
  • Industry Collaborations: To create a dedicated placement facility and form MOUs with industries.
  • Industry Networking: To foster relationships with major employers and build a network with companies.
  • Database Management: To maintain a comprehensive database of companies and students for effective placement coordination.
  • Collaborative Resource Sharing: To coordinate with other institutions for training resource sharing.
  • HR Practices and Development: To support HR practices by participating in events by CII, NHRD, and HMA.
  • Counseling and Coordination: To guide and support students through their career development journey.
