1. Payment Terms: By using the online college fee payment service, you agree to pay the specified fees for the selected academic program or services. All payments must be made in the currency and method specified on the college's website.
2. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. The college will not be held liable for any errors or delays caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
3. Non-Transferable: Online fee payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Fees paid for a specific academic year or service cannot be transferred to other students or purposes.
4. Payment Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing payment details and transaction reference number. It is recommended to retain this confirmation for your records.
5. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The college reserves the right to initiate refunds for overpayments or duplicate transactions.

Refund & Cancellation Policies
1. Fee Refunds: Refund requests for online fee payments will be done with in 7 working days by the college's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Eligibility for refunds will depend on factors such as withdrawal from the college or course, course cancellation, or other specified circumstances.
2. Processing Time: Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7 working days as outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy
3. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of a payment or transaction, you must contact the college's finance department or administration for assistance. The college reserves the right to cancel or reject any payment due to technical issues, fraud, or other reasons.
