RULES and REGULATIONS

  1. Maximum number of participants in a team is TWO
  2. Papers need to be sent in the specified & suggested areas only
  3. Abstract should not exceed 1 page and paper should not exceed 10 pages
  4. Bring Power Point Presentation on a CD or Pen drive
  5. Soft copies of the submitted paper and PPT presentations must be in the .docx format
  6. Please mail your abstract, paper and PPT to the respective mail IDs.

  1. The teams will get 10 minutes for presentation followed by question and answer session.
  2. Persons from different institutions can be a part of the same team.
  3. The mail with submissions should contain:
  • Title Team of the paper
  • Name of both the authors
  • Phone numbers of both the authors
  • E-Mail IDs of both authors.
  1. Paper should be in two column format & should not exceed 10 pages
  2. Text in the Paper should be in
    • Font Size : 12 – Times New Roman – Text of paper
    • Font Size : 16 Bold – Times New Roman  Heading
  1. After submission of the soft copy, a panel of judges will go through the papers and if you are shortlisted to give the presentation, you will be notified.
  2. The decision of judges will be final and no arguments or appeal will be entertained.
