Programme Education Objectives (PEOs)
PEO 1: The ability to provide the students with a solid foundation and ability to apply mathematics, science in Electronics and Communication Engineering and to analyze data and technical concepts for application in product designing and enabling placements or higher education.
PEO 2: Able to train students with good scientific and engineering depth & breadth including proficiency in hardware languages and use of latest software tools so as to comprehend, analyze, design and create novel products and solutions for the real life problems.
PEO 3: An ability to inculcate in students professional and ethical attitudes , effective communication skills, team work skills, multi disciplinary approach and an ability to relate engineering issues in broader social context.
PEO 4: The ability to provide students with an excellent training in leadership, written ethical codes and guidelines, and to encourage them for lifelong learning process needed for a successful professional career.
Programme Outcomes (POs)
Electronics & communication Engineering graduate will be able to:
PO1: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals and core engineering subjects to find the solution of complex engineering problems.
PO2: Identify, formulate and analyze complex engineering problems using first principles of mathematics, natural science and engineering science.
PO3: Design, Implement and evaluate Electronics and communication systems for public health and safety in both modular and commercial domains with environmental considerations
PO4: Apply research based knowledge on electronic circuits and conduct investigation to analyze and interpretation of data to provide valid conclusions
PO5: Create and use Electronics and communication Engineering related software tools & equipment to analyze VLSI, Embedded Systems, Signal and Image processing for engineering practice
PO6: Apply professional engineering practice to the local and global issues in the society
PO7: Apply professional engineering solutions for sustainable development in changing environment
PO8: Apply the knowledge of Professional ethics to social issues and responsibilities
PO9: Function effectively as an individual, and in diverse teams as member or leader in multidisciplinary settings
P10: Communicate effectively through documentation and presentation on complex engineering activities with the engineering community and society
PO11: Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the engineering and management principles to mange projects in multidisciplinary environments.
