SVPCET celebrated the AAVISHKAAR-2K18 a national level project expo cum contest on 24th feb 2018, to encourage the creative ideas of the emerging engineers. The prime focus of the day was to elicit, exhibit, evaluate the student talents and rewarding them. To make the celebration out in front, the college also organized Maze ROBO Contest on the same day.

Inauguration was headed by distinguished chief guest Mr.Raja sekhar, superintendent of Police, Mr.A.V.S.Ramesh, Head-HR,Hyundai,Mr.Nagarjuna Malladi, Delivery Head,Life sciences, Tech Mahindra and honourable vice chairman Balaji.V.Ravuri, Dr.Naveen Kilari, Principal addressed the gathering and spoke about the importance of Project expo

The event was graced by the Chairman, Vice principal, HODs and other esteemed professors from various departments of SVPCET. Registrations were received from many parts of the country, from which top 250 projects were selected and were categorized into five broad areas: Computer Science and Engineering, Electronic Communication and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering

The Projects were evaluated by judges from eminent corporate and from IIT’s. The valedictory function was conducted after the project expo, at 5.00 PM. Two best projects from each of the categories were selected as the winners of 15000/- and runners of 10000/- cash prize each department. An innovative project had been selected from 250 projects and awarded with 50000/- cash prize. The awards were distributed by the chief guests and the judges of the event.
